After completing his professional training at the Medical Center of Delaware in 1991,
Dr. Kenneth Witterholt joined the medical staff of The Chester County Hospital and the surgical practice of Dr. George Trajtenberg and Dr. Pamela Scott. During his 22 year career at the The Chester County Hospital, Dr. Witterholt participated on a number of committees such as the Infectious Care Committee, the Special Care Committee, the Credentials Committee, and the Quality Assurance Committee. Currently, he serves as the Hospital’s Chief of the Section of General Surgery.
A board certified general surgeon, Dr. Witterholt is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is active in a number of local and national societies including but not limited to the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons and the Chester County Medical Society.
