West Chester 915 Old Fern Hill Road From the North & I-76 or PA Turnpike - Take the Schuylkill Expressway (Route I-76) west toward King of Prussia. Exit at .Route 202 South . West Chester.. Follow directions below*. OR Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to exit 328 B/A . Valley Forge. Follow the ramp for Route 202 South . West Chester.. Continue with the directions below*. *Follow exit to Route 202. Take Route 202 South approximately 15 miles to the Paoli Pike exit. At the traffic light, at the bottom of the exit, make a right turn. Go to the second traffic light (Turner Lane) and make a right. Follow approximately ¾ mile to the second stop sign (Fern Hill Rd.) and make a left. Follow Fern Hill Rd. to the first traffic light and turn right onto Old Fern Hill Rd. Go approximately 200 feet and make a left into the Fern Hill Medical Campus. Concord Pike/Route 202 North. Follow the ramp for West Chester (left lane). Continue on Route 202 (about 8 miles) into Pennsylvania. Follow 202 for an additional 6 miles until you reach West Chester . Business District. Stay in left lane and go into West Chester . do not go onto the Route 202 ramp (just past the Holiday Inn). You will be on High Street. Follow for 2-3 miles. Once you reach the center of town, you will pass traffic lights at Market Street, Gay Street, and Chestnut Street. The next traffic light is Marshall Street. Make a right at the light (Friends School and Daycare will be on the corner). Go 1.5 miles to the second traffic light (Phoenixville Pike). Go straight and cross over Phoenixville Pike. Go approximately 200 feet and make a left into the Fern Hill Medical Campus. Our office is in the building on the left. Enter through the main entrance.From West Chester Pike (Route 3) - Traveling west on West Chester Pike (Route 3), make a right onto Five Points Rd. Go straight (approximately 1.5 miles) to the second traffic light (Fern Hill Rd). Make a left onto Fern Hill Rd. Follow Fern Hill Rd. approximately ¼ mile where it turns right and becomes Phoenixville Pike. Follow for another ¼ mile. Make a right, at the traffic light, onto Old Fern Hill Rd. Public Transportation: The SEPTA R5 Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line provides connection to the Chester County Hospital with links to all suburban rail lines via connections in Philadelphia. By Bus . Two different SEPTA bus routes provide service directly to the Fern Hill Medical Campus. SEPTA Route 92 provides service between West Chester and the Exton Square Mall, including a stop at the Exton Regional Rail station. Route 314, the West Chester Circulator, provides a loop of West Chester, including the Chester County Hospital. Route 104 also provides service to West Chester from SEPTA.s 69th Street Terminal.
