            Pamela T. Demnicki, M.D. joined Surgical Specialists, P.C. in January 2010. Dr. Demnicki’s specialties include general, laparoscopic and breast surgery.

            A cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, Dr. Demnicki received her medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Demnicki completed her general surgery residency at Medical College of Pennsylvania – Hahnemann University in Philadelphia.

            Prior to joining Surgical Specialists, Dr. Demnicki was in private practice in Milford, Delaware. She was an attending surgeon of the Bayhealth Medical Center, Milford Memorial Hospital where she served as the Trauma Medical Director.  In addition to chairing the Trauma department operations, Dr. Demnicki also participated on numerous committees, among them, the Credentials Committee, the Infection Control Committee, and the Medical Executive Committee.

            Dr. Demnicki was named Top Doctor in Delaware Today Magazine in the categories of General Surgery in 2009 and Surgeons for Women in 2006.
